ABOUT DON QUINTIN
From the sun-drenched mountains and vineyards of Mendoza, Argentina, to the shores of Rhode Island, Sergio Andreoni, also known as "Don Quintin," brings a cherished family tradition to life. Raised in the "Land of Sun and Good Wine," Sergio learned the art of open-fire cooking, or Asado—a culinary ritual deeply embedded in Argentine culture.
After moving to Rhode Island at nineteen, Sergio's passion for this unique grilling style, which involves slowly cooking meats over an open flame, became a local favorite. Friends and colleagues raved about the delicious food and the captivating visual experience. This enthusiastic reception led to the official launch of Don Quintin as a full-time catering service in 2024.
